Abstract

There are various factors in the helicopter flight, including the psychological condition of the pilot. The cause of 70 to 80 % of air accidents is human error, And the studies show that the pilot was not in a good mental state when most of the accidents occur.The purpose of this research is to identify the negative psychological factors affecting the pilot's performance and their control and management.Therefore, 20 experienced pilots were used in this research. First by the HF-PFMEA method and with the help of the experts nine factors By negative impact included, 1- Angry and aggressive 2- Fear 3- Low self-esteem4- proud and self-satisfied 5- anxious and worrying 6- Decentralization and Disease 7- Depression 8- Extreme emotions 9- hatred of the organization, were identified. Then, with the questionnaire, The impact of factors was asked by industry experts. The negative impact of the factors on the pilot's performance was confirmed. The tests were then provided with the help of aerial psychologists. Finally, it was suggested that the pilot and his interactions in the family, the workplace, and the community around him were controlled and careful in a standard framework to prevent negative psychological factors during employment.
