Objective: The purpose is transforming and rethinking in Iran’s governance and management system based on Nahjolbalagheh’s implications. The governance and management system is the core of change in the society and its transformatrion is a necessity for development.
Methodology: This exploratory research with a qualitative approach has been done by content analysis based on Nahjolbalagheh.
Findings: The Consignment as a pillar of transforming and rethinking in Iran’s governance and management system based on Nahjolbalagheh’s implications. It will be work under the shadow of Quran and ETRAT.
