Analysis of factors causing job burnout among employees of Imam Ali University (AS)

Abstract
Research Method: The present study was applied in terms of its purpose and was an analytical-descriptive survey in nature. The statistical population of the present study consisted of books, articles, theses related to the research topic, policymakers and professors of the faculties (basic sciences, management and engineering), managers and commanders of student brigades. In this study, the various components and dimensions of the subject under study were first examined descriptively, using documentary studies, and semi-structured interviews were used to collect data in addition to reviewing texts and documents.
Findings: The findings indicate that the organizational criterion with an average of (0.737), the individual criterion with an average of (0.575), and the environmental criterion with an average of (0.521) have an effect on the plateauing of employees at Imam Ali University (AS). Also, the ranking of the components showed that the greatest effect on the plateauing of employees' job is the lack of efficient managers and commanders (0.9692), dissatisfaction with superior managers and commanders (0.9656), lack of justice in promotion based on merit (0.9656), and the least effect is the components of technological progress (0.3665), misunderstanding of feedback (0.3564), and lack of participation in organizational activities (0.3564).
Conclusion: The results showed that the factors affecting the plateauing of Imam Ali University employees introduce and examine three categories of components (organizational, individual, and environmental), as a result of which; ignoring the career plateau will cause destructive behaviors and reduce employee performance and efficiency.
