This study examines the role and position of human resources in the ideological and political organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army and emphasizes the importance of improving the quality of human resources for the success and sustainability of the organization, 15 people, and a statistical sample population of 310 people. After conducting library studies, 5 dimensions were considered to determine the effective clerical model, which was proposed by collective agreement among the experts and receiving new suggestions, using the CVI index, 48 final indicators in 11 components and 5 dimensions. After distributing the questionnaire to the statistical population, the data received were recorded in the SmartPls software for confirmatory factor analysis and final fitting. The reliability of the dimensions and components was confirmed using the homogeneous reliability coefficient and its validity was confirmed using the convergent validity test. After examining and confirming the significance level of the factor loadings in the main structures (P-Value) and also the effectiveness coefficients (T-Value), the final fitting of the model showed that all indicators are higher than the determined threshold and the considered model can outline and explain the effective spiritual model in AJA. Therefore, the effective spiritual model in the Islamic Republic of Iran Army consists of 5 spiritual dimensions (with belief and moral components), behavioral (with organizational behavior, individual behavior, social behavior components), and insight dimension (with religious and revolutionary insight and political insight components), scientific dimension with (management and knowledge components), and skill dimension with (communication and specialized components).
