Abstract
Objective: Considering the increase in age, population aging, improvement in life expectancy, reduction in birth rate, economic and social conditions of society, the desire of retired employees to return to the labor market has increased and it is necessary to address the conditions and expectations of this working group in society. to be This research seeks to design a bridge employment model.
Methodology: In the model design stage, this research used the Grounded theory strategy and collected data using semi-structured interviews, and the statistical population of the research was retired employees who were employed again, theoretical sampling method and interviews with 12 people. has been In the next stage, descriptive-survey strategy, questionnaire tool and cluster sampling method were used in the public sector of Tehran city. Qualitative data were analyzed with the three-step method of Strauss and Corbin, and quantitative data were analyzed with structural equation modeling and structural-interpretive modeling. Structural equation modeling was used to validate the initial identified model and the structural model resulting from the ISM method. In addition, the MICMAC method was used in order to categorize dimensions from the point of view of driving power and dependence.
Findings: The Findings of the research showed that the expectations of bridge workers from the organization can be divided into four developmental, occupational, financial and social axes, and from the perspective of the participants, psychological improvement, social development and financial strengthening are the main consequences of re-employment in the organization.
