Abstract
Objective: The increasing changes, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity of the current era have required organizations to become agile, and mental agility is the most important dimension of agility. The first step in improving mental agility is awareness of the current state of this variable. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of measuring the level of mental agility at Imam Ali Military University. Methodology: The present study is quantitative, descriptive and survey type. The research population is Imam Ali Military University staff. The sample size was determined as 242 people using Krejci and Morgan table. The data were analyzed using mean test and SPSS software. Findings: Imam Ali Military University has a good status in terms of individual and organizational dimensions of mental agility, but the individual dimension has a better status than the organizational dimension. Also, the findings from the test of the main components of mental agility show that the non-physical dimension of the organization does not have a good status. Originality: In order to improve the level of mental agility, Imam Ali Military University should, while strengthening the individual dimension of agility, more invest in the organizational dimension, especially in the non-physical dimension of the organization.
