Objective: The growth and social excellence of human defense assets depend on the optimal utilization of human resources. In military organizations, the presence of capable managers and staff is essential for the effective execution of missions. Therefore, the aim of this research is to examine and present models for the growth and social excellence of human assets in the defense sector.
Methodology: This research was conducted using a mixed-method approach with both qualitative and quantitative dimensions. In the qualitative section, experts interpreted their experiences in interviews. The results were then designed in the form of a questionnaire, collected, and path analysis was performed. The quantitative statistical population consisted of 82 faculty members from the Faculty of Social Sciences at the AJA University, of which 68 questionnaires with a 5-point Likert scale were completed and analyzed using Smart PLS software. The measurement model also shows a Cronbach's alpha above 0.7 and factor loadings above 0.4. Additionally, convergent and discriminant validity were confirmed using the Fornell-Larcker criterion.
Findings: The findings of the research include four key dimensions: awareness and information that help empower individuals, communications and interactions that improve collaboration among members, participation and cooperation that enhance the sense of belonging, and ethics and social discipline that strengthen moral values.
Originality: Strengthening awareness, communication, participation, and ethics in defense organizations can lead to improved performance and social excellence of human assets.
