Objective: The present study aims to examine and analyze approaches, methods, and challenges related to the scientific and practical management of interviews as a key tool for data collection in qualitative and applied research. Given the increasing use of interviews in various fields of the humanities, such as sociology, psychology, management, education, and applied organizational management, this research provides a comprehensive scientific analysis of perspectives and challenges in the interview management process.
Methodology: Utilizing a targeted qualitative analysis and literature review, the study seeks to propose an integrated and novel framework to enhance the accuracy and validity of interview findings.
Findings: Major challenges in managing scientific and specialized interviews include the improper selection of approach and methodology, lack of alignment of objectives, biases in data interpretation, and constraints in time and resources. To address these challenges, the research suggests using modern tools and techniques such as qualitative coding software and machine learning algorithms. Additionally, by presenting an integrated, multi-faceted approach, the study offers a comprehensive framework for analyzing interview data, which can contribute to improving research quality and efficiency.
Conclusion: The findings of this research can serve as a practical guide for researchers and managers facing common challenges in interview management, as well as for optimizing data collection and analysis processes. Consequently, this study, by providing scientific and practical solutions, aims to enhance the quality of qualitative data and increase accuracy in data analysis.
