Examining the conceptual model of the relationship between spiritual identity and the promotion of Mahdism discourse through intellectual capital

Abstract
identity and the promotion of Mahdism discourse through intellectual capital among the military personnel of Sepidan city. The number of members of the statistical population of the research was 630, and with the help of Cochran's formula, 384 of these members were selected by simple random sampling. In order to collect data from Bontis and Holland (2002) questionnaires; Cheek et al.'s spiritual identity questionnaire (1994); And Mahdavit culture questionnaire of INFORS (2015) was used. Face validity was done with the help of professors and experts and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to check reliability, which was obtained as 0.92, 0.87 and 0.91 respectively. Also, the method of data analysis was based on the inferential statistics of correlation coefficient and regression, as well as the structural equation model with the help of SPSS and SMART PLS software. The results of the present research showed that with the increase in spiritual identity and the subsequent increase in intellectual capital, the promotion of Mahdism discourse among employees is improved. In fact, with the increase of spiritual identity among the employees, the extent of promoting the discourse of Mahdism among them is strengthened. Also, by increasing the amount of spiritual identity among the employees, the amount of intellectual capital is also improved among them. In addition, by increasing the amount of intellectual capital among the employees, the amount of promoting the Mahdavit discourse is also increased.
