Abstract
The main purpose of this study is not to determine the effect of cyberspace on the organizational performance of Payvar employees in the Air Force Headquarters of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The methods of collecting information were field and library; Data collection tools include documents, interviews and questionnaires, and the collected data was analyzed using qualitative method. The results show that: In response to the first sub-hypothesis, "it seems that the positive impact of cyberspace on the organizational performance of Payvar employees includes; "Developing knowledge management, increasing communication and speed of information exchange, improving training and reducing costs. . In response to the second sub-hypothesis, "it seems that the negative impact of cyberspace on the organizational performance of Payvar employees includes; "It is a weakening of the service motivation, a weakening of the organizational culture and weakening the implementation of regulations
