Your missions will be successful if you have dedicated, expert, efficient and motivated employees. Methodology: This research is applied and developmental in terms of purpose. In this research, study tools and vouchers Survey, interview and researcher-made questionnaire regarding the effective factors on improving the service motivation of interpreter duty employees Aja has been used. The statistical population of this research is employees with more than 10 months of service, which is estimated at 160 people and using Morgan's table, the number of samples is 114 people. In the qualitative part, researchers are also experts has referred.Findings: The findings of this research indicate the recognition of internal and external organizational factors that are effective in improving service motivation The staff is responsible for interpreting and prioritizing the identified factors.
