Investigating the Relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Job Performance (Case Study: AJA Staff)

Abstract
Spiritual intelligence is what has been referred to as wisdom for centuries. By attaining this wisdom, a person can establish a deep connection with himself, a connection that causes him to put aside all contradictions in his mind and to peace and harmony. Achieve inner peace. . The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between spiritual intelligence and job performance (Case study: AJA staff) in 1400. The statistical population of this study includes the staff of Aja headquarters who were selected in 1400 and the number of samples was determined equal to 196 people based on Cochran's formula. King (2008) Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire and Drew and Morgson (2007) Job Performance Questionnaire were used for collection. Data analysis method; Sample t-test and stepwise regression were used in Spss software. Data analysis showed that the components of spiritual intelligence have an effect on job performance at the level of 95% confidence and according to the beta coefficient obtained, it can be said that about 90% of changes in Seta Aja job performance are due to changes in four variables of spiritual intelligence.
