Designing a model for driving meritorious students of officer universities from the point of view of the statement of the second step of the Islamic revolution

Abstract
the aim of the present ‎research is to design a model of the drivers of meritorious students of officer universities from ‎the point of view of the statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution. The current ‎research method in terms of practical purpose and in terms of exploratory research method is ‎qualitative research based on foundation data approach. The statistical population also includes ‎the text of the statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution, which has been analyzed ‎using the systematic approach of the foundation's data. Based on the analysis of the text of the ‎statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution and open, central and selective coding ‎processes, the findings indicate the number of 278 open codes, 53 central codes and 20 ‎selective codes in the form of causal, contextual, intervening and central phenomenon ‎conditions. The results are also in the form of a conceptual model of the drivers of meritorious ‎students of officer universities based on the statement of the second step with four variables ‎including; Causal, contextual, intervening and central phenomenon factors are presented. The ‎results of this research can be used as a good model, a guide for recruitment centers in the ‎armed forces, the content of the training of officer university students, as well as indicators for ‎identifying and selecting competent people in the hierarchy of the armed forces, and even ‎sending military personnel to Davos courses and national defense doctorates. ‎
