Investigating the effect of empowerment, teamwork and staff training on organizational commitment

Abstract
The statistical population of this study is 117 employees of AJA universities. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. The research model was evaluated with a sample - consisting of 173 employees and using a simple random sampling method. The independent variables of the research are empowerment, group work and staff training and the dependent variable of the research is organizational commitment. The necessary information for the present study was collected using a standard questionnaire and SPSS was used for initial data analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to test the model hypotheses. It is effective in one of the AJA universities, staff training has the greatest impact on organizational commitment, and teamwork and empowerment are in the next ranks, and also according to the obtained t-values, it has been shown that the variables have a good level of significance. In accordance with the obtained results, practical suggestions are presented.
