Abstract
The purpose of this study is to present a conceptual model of jihadi management based on the text of the statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution. The method of the present research is applied in terms of purpose and exploratory research in terms of the data approach of the foundation. The statistical population includes the text of the statement of the second step of the revolution that the analysis and conceptualization of the subject has been done using a systematic process of open, central and selective coding. The validity of the research was assessed through the coding process at two different times by the researcher and the reliability was assessed using four criteria identifying Parker and Rafi (1883). A conceptual model with six variables including; causal, contextual, intervening, central phenomenon, strategies and consequences of jihadi management are presented.
