Belonging is one of the categories related to organizational behavior that has a great impact on the behavior of employees of any organization. In this research, using Gallup's standard questionnaire, the relationship between the organizational belongingness of the third-year students of Imam Ali (AS) University, who were randomly selected, with the hope for the future and the organizational socialization of the students has been investigated. Two methods of correlation coefficients and regression analysis have been used to conduct the research. Based on the method of regression coefficients, it is concluded that along with the improvement and promotion of organizational belonging and its components, the variables of hope for the future and organizational socialization of students also increase And in order to investigate the contribution and effect of each of the components of organizational belonging (vivaciousness, dedication and fascination) in the hope for the future and organizational socialization of students, the multiple regression coefficient was used and it was concluded that the three components of belonging Organizational commitment (vivaciousness, dedication, and fascination) are suitable predictors for students' hope for the organizational future, and the three components of organizational commitment (vivaciousness, dedication, and fascination) are not suitable predictors for students' organizational socialization.
