Considering the important role of sports in the development and organizational productivity, the purpose of this research was to investigate the role of the motivation of sports participation with the mediation of voice and organizational facilitation on the productivity of the staff of Imam Ali University. The research is descriptive-correlational in terms of method and applied research in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the research included the employees of Imam Ali University, 186 of whom were selected as a sample using the available random sampling method.
The research tool included questionnaires in different sections. Experts' opinions were used to determine the form and content validity of the questionnaires, and Cronbach's alpha was used to check the internal consistency of the questionnaire. In order to organize, classify and summarize the data, descriptive statistics were used, and in the inferential statistics section, the structural equation model test was used to check the fit of the research model.
Data analysis was done by using spss20 and Amos22 statistical software. The results of the research showed that the motivation of sports participation both directly and indirectly through organizational voice and facilitation has a positive effect on organizational productivity and the presented model has a good fit. Therefore, the officials can provide a basis for organizational productivity with proper planning and providing a platform for increasing sports participation.
