The Effect of Strategic Human Capital Management on Employee Productivity at Imam Khomeini University of Marine Sciences

Abstract
The purpose of this study is the effect strategic Human Capital Management on the Employee Productivity. In fact, researchers are looking for answers to this question whether the strategic Human Capital Management can affect performance? And how much is this effect? The study population was included 601 personnel of Marine Science, University of Imam Khomeini Nowshahr 235 of whom were selected through random sampling as the sample size. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire with 48 questions that 224 questionnaires were used for analysis. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics and mean binomial test was used. As well as the structural equation modeling method and partial least square approach and SMARTPLS software was used for survey the relationships mentioned in the research questions. The results showed that the variables "employed carefully," "participation of managers in strategic decision-making process", "training of human resources", coordination human resource managers actions with the general policies", "communication among employees," and "information sharing" could affect employee performance.
