Abstract

Strategic intelligence leads to the improvement of the performance of the general managers of the organization in determining strategies to realize the organization's policies. Confusion and strategic surprise in the realization of goals is one of the problems and issues of many organizations. This research seeks to answer the question of what concepts and categories strategic intelligence has. Therefore, the main goal of this research is to "explain strategic intelligence in the realization of cultural and educational policies of Imam Ali military University (AS). The research method of this research is qualitative which uses two sources of interviews and the use of personal experiences of the researcher and their analysis and comparison. Based on the coding done, strategic intelligence in the implementation of cultural and educational policies of Imam Ali military University (AS) has the categories of "futuristic approach to cultural and educational issues" with 6 concepts, "the ability to adapt to the cultural changes of the environment" with 9 concepts, "reality Being observant" with 2 concepts, "knowledge management" with 11 concepts.
