Identifying the future in the field of human capital management threats of the Islamic Republic of Iran armed forces: based on the ideas of the Supreme Leader (Madazleh AlAli)

Abstract
Considering the undeniable importance of capital resources in today's organizations and especially in the armed forces, the present research was conducted with the aim of identifying the future threats of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the field of human capital.This research is qualitative and descriptive. Considering that the supreme leader is the highest position of the armed forces in the Islamic Republic of Iran, identifying his ideas and trying to implement the recommendations of the Supreme Leader for the employees of the armed forces is considered as an organizational task, so in order to identify the mentioned threats The orders of the Supreme Leader published in the KHAMENEI.IR are considered as research community and have been analyzed. The data has been analyzed using thematic analysis with the help of MAXQDA software.

The research findings include the identification of 4 overarching themes, 10 organizing themes and 49 basic themes. Therefore, human capital recruitment threats (including reducing organizational attractiveness and reducing job applicants); talent war (including threats related to the identification and cultivation of talents and brain drain); cultural invasion (including inducing inappropriate beliefs, efforts to devalue and spread destructive behaviors) And threats in the use of human capital (including managerial threats and lack of attention to the proposal system) were identified as the most important threats in the field of human resources management of the armed forces.
