Abstract
Abstract Background & Purpose: The correct and timely use of the flight seat as an effective factor in saving the lives of pilots in studies related to the human capital of the aviation industry has been and continues to be of great interest. Therefore, in this research, identifying and prioritizing the vital factors of using the flight seat to save the lives of the pilots will be done. Methodology: In this research, which was conducted with a mixed approach (qualitative-quantitative), after reviewing the original sources related to the factors affecting the decision and the effective use of the Pran chair, a preliminary model was calculated, then to complete the model, a focus group consisting of 12 One of the key experts in the field of aviation was surveyed with a focus on the studies of human resources of aviation. In the quantitative phase, by conducting a survey, 51 experts of the aviation industry responded to a questionnaire based on a conceptual model that was designed with the approach of pairwise comparison and statistical analysis. Therefore, in this research, super decision software as well as spss and appropriate statistical tests were used.
Conclusion: According to the prioritization of dimensions, the nature of the damage state and human factors, which are mostly based on the perceptual and physical characteristics of the pilot, it can be concluded that the only person who can help the pilot in saving his life is himself.
