Designing the model of knowledge management in the rapid reaction units of the ground forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army

Abstract
Today, in the competitive business environment, knowledge management is increasingly recognized as one of the key factors in obtaining a competitive advantage, on the other hand, due to the extensive changes in the environment, rapid response units to achieve their goals, need to design a knowledge management model that is appropriate to Economic growth, competitive advantage, human development and quality of working life.Currently, there is no pattern in this field; Therefore, designing this model is essential. This research was conducted with the aim of identifying the dimensions and components of the knowledge management model in the rapid response units of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army. To achieve this goal, a case study and a qualitative research method have been used. The statistical population of the research included all commanders and employees of the rapid response units of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army's ground forces, who were studied using snowball sampling, 20 people including 8 academic experts and 12 commanders and human resource managers. The data collection method was field and the data collection tools were library studies and semi-structured interviews. In order to obtain the reliability and validity of the data, two methods of review of participants and review of non-participating experts were used in the research. Data analysis during three stages, open coding, central coding and selective coding, which indicates 82 general categories. The findings of the research showed that the obtained model can be used as a scientific and basic framework for the knowledge management .
