Abstract
Introduction and evaluating existing family resilience packages, especially the packages that have been implemented for military families, and with various methods including lectures and group discussions, staging and role-playing exercises, parents' participation and Doing homework is taught at home The purpose of this research is to develop a family resilience training package and to examine its effectiveness on the resilience of military families. Materials and methods: In this research, it was of a sequential mixed exploratory type and had two qualitative and quantitative stages. In the qualitative phase, in order to formulate the resilience training package for military families, thematic analysis method was used, and in the quantitative phase, a two-group semi-experimental design with pre-test, post-test and follow-up was used. The studied society for the selection of test and control groups included all military families. 60 military families were selected through targeted sampling methods based on entry and exit criteria and assigned to two experimental and control groups. The data of the qualitative part were analyzed using thematic analysis and the data of the quantitative part were analyzed using .the repeated one-way analysis of variance test . According to the obtained results, it showed that resilience package training has increased social adaptation and self-efficacy in the experimental group and there is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test averages
