Method: The present research is a descriptive survey type, in terms of - the type of dealing with the investigated problem and entering into it, it is a field study, and it is of a developmental and applied type. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. Amtari University research includes the employees of a military unit, based on this, 56 employees and 134 employees and a total of 190 statistical samples responded to the questionnaire.
According to the frequency of "employment based on expertise" and "improvement of welfare facilities", "respectful treatment" findings: at the unit level, 88, 71 and
62 respectively with the frequency of "targeted service" and "localization of military service", "improving service conditions"; At the army level in 98, 79 and 40 and
respectively, with the frequency of "increasing the satisfaction of soldiers" and "improving the status of military service"; Outside the organization, 30 and 26 are effective.
