Empowering commanders from the perspective of Nahj al-Balagheh management teachings

Abstract
The present study was conducted with the aim of compiling examples of empowerment of Nazaja commanders from the perspective of Nahj al-Balagheh management teachings and we used a mixed exploratory research approach based on the document (Nahj al-Balagheh). In the quantitative part, 146 questionnaires were randomly provided to the statistical sample in group 11 of Nezaja artillery and for inferential analysis, independent t-test with SPSS26 software was used to determine the current and desired status in the counted categories. Finally, the findings of the research showed that: Of the categories enumerated in this research, eight dimensions: 1. Planning and planning 2. Consulting 3. Rewards and encouragement 4. Criticism 5. Leadership style 6. Self-evaluation 7. Merit 8. Knowledge-oriented; In the current situation, they are lower than the average of the criteria and in the optimal situation, they are higher than the average of the criteria. As well as eight dimensions: 1. Covenant 2. Taking advantage of opportunities 3. Delegation 4. Central justice 5. Control and evaluation (seeking responsibility) 6. Mutual trust 7. Prayer 8. Learning knowledge; In the current and favorable situation, they are higher than the average criteria.
