In this study, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire for assessing the cognitive performance of candidates for employment in AJA officer universities has been investigated. A sample group of 75 people was selected through stratified random sampling. The Cognitive Performance Assessment Questionnaire is rated based on a 5-point Likert scale and contains 110 questions. To evaluate the validity of the structure, the principal component analysis method was used. The results show that 7 extracted factors, 5 memory subscale factors 67.22%, 3 attention subscale factors 69.33%, 7 executive performance subscale factors 71.12%, 1 spatial perception subscale factor / 49.4 56%, 5 factors of learning subscale 72.07%, 6 factors of decision subscale 69.60% and 10 factors of thinking style subscale explain 76.63% of the total variance of variables. 7 factors include memory, attention, executive function, spatial perception, learning, decision making and thinking style. Its validity coefficient through Cronbach's alpha coefficient for memory subscale 0.9, attention subscale 0.7, executive performance subscale 0.9, learning subscale 0.8, spatial perception subscale 0.9, decision subscale 0.9 and the thinking style subscale were 0.7.
