The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the dimensions of managers' motivation and organizational health. Motivation of managers has seven dimensions of powerful personality, playing competitive games, creating competitive situations, playing a positive role, imposing demands, being different from the group and performing routine administrative tasks. Organizational health has the dimensions of institutional unity, manager influence, consideration , Construction, resource support, morale and The emphasis is scientific. By distributing standard questionnaires and collecting data, first the model was fitted and then the hypotheses based on Pearson correlation coefficient were examined. The results at 88% confidence level indicate a positive and strong relationship between managers' motivation and its dimensions with organizational health, in other words, with increasing managerial motivation, the organization will be healthier.
