ITIL Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is one of the most accepted IT service management frameworks that describes behavioral practices in IT service management and ranges from strategy development to continuous service improvement and improvement. , Identifying and prioritizing the indicators of successful implementation of the ICT library in defense and military organizations, so the present study is from the group of applied research that has been done in a mixed method (qualitative quantitative). Review of documents, books and scientific articles, effective indicators in the implementation of ITIL in defense and military organizations were identified and validated and qualified with the help of experts and Delphi method. Selected indicators were compared and prioritized, using this approach to take into account the interdependence of indicators networks and also the hidden uncertainty in the experts' mental judgments in the research process.
