Evaluation of the effectiveness of family resilience training on the components of family resilience of military parents

Abstract
Objective: The aim of this study was to develop a family resilience education package and evaluate its effectiveness on the resilience components of military parents. Method: The study population consisted of 500 military families to select experimental and control groups and 34 military families to determine the effectiveness of training interventions that were selected through purposive sampling methods. Also, the Walsh family resilience questionnaire in pre-test and post-test was used to examine the research variables. Results: The results of this study show that there is a significant difference between the two groups designated as experimental and control groups after the implementation of the educational package and psychological interventions in the components of belief systems and organizational patterns of family resilience that this difference can be influenced by educational interventions. The participation of the members of the experimental group in the family resilience training package was considered.
