Abstract
Social capital is one of the important organizational concepts whose existence is to create solidarity and trust and achieve organizational goals It is necessary. It is also a source of knowledge that facilitates the achievement of organizational innovation. The purpose of this Research on the effect of social capital on organizational innovation with the mediating role of knowledge accumulation and the role of culture adjustment It is an organization that has been carried out in the army of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The research method is descriptive and applied in terms of data collection - Are in the category of correlation research. Questionnaire of 37 questions through random sampling among 114 samples Statistics were distributed at AJA headquarters in Tehran. The results of data analysis in SMARTPLS software showed that capital Social has a positive and significant effect on the accumulation of knowledge and innovation of the organization. Also the impact of social capital through mediation Knowledge accumulation on organizational innovation was also confirmed. Finally, the moderating role of organizational culture in the relationship between Accumulation of knowledge and organizational innovation was not approved.
