Every literary work is a reflection of the culture, behaviors, actions and social events of that time, and a considerable part of management ideas can be extracted from it. Learning from the components of management and leadership is important for the promotion of human capital from many aspects. In this research, we try to examine the components of "optimal management" in line with Saadi Shirazi's global messages and humanistic teachings, emphasizing the book "Saadi's Golestan". A careful study of the text reveals the prominent lines of the poet's thought. These thoughts are the result of seeing, hearing, precious experiences and various events in his life. Saadi conveys truths related to all classes of society in the form of advice and wisdom to the audience with a careful look and in pleasant words. The main goal of this research is to identify the optimal management components in Golestan Saadi. This article is one of the interdisciplinary researches in the field of humanities studies, which was conducted using the qualitative research method with the "foundation data" strategy. In this method, without any preconceptions, relevant qualitative data were collected and then categorized. By comparing and measuring concepts, optimal management components were drawn. At the end of this process, a pattern derived from 140 concepts was extracted in the form of 20 components.
